Terms of Service

Service provider: STRIM MOBILITY SAS — SIRET 89408248600024 — 1 Rue de Chalon-sur-Saône, 67000 Strasbourg, France.

1. Service

Strim Kids provides self-service kids cart rental in partner shopping centers. The customer pays via contactless bank card directly on the cart's reader.

2. Pricing & deposit

Rental fee: €6 per day. A €20 deposit is authorized on the card at tap. The deposit is released automatically once the cart is returned to a Strim Kids station.

3. Safety

• Children must remain seated and fastened with the belt at all times.
• The cart must always be pushed forward, never pulled.
• The cart must not be taken inside shops.
• Children must not stand or ride standing on the cart.

4. Return

The customer must return the cart to a Strim Kids station within the rental period. Late returns or missing carts may result in additional charges up to the deposit amount.

5. Liability

The customer is responsible for the cart for the duration of the rental and for the safety of the children placed in it.
